If you are buying a new home including new construction that is often highly contaminated, planning to have or already have children that are the most vulnerable to even low levels of pathogenic agents that we full recognize, or  have any health disorder such as multiple sclerosis, any of the 200+ pathologies referred to as the cancers, our toxicologist, immunologist and related health scientist recommend such a study before the general home inspection because  such must be known before purchase.

Conflict of interest.  We have been called in many legal cases when mold inspectors falsely claimed and reported there were serious mold conditions and they demanded $10,000.00 or more for remediation when there was no need to do so. I other cases the remediation actually caused more harm than before their so-called remediation.

The meters on the internet such as Trifeid, Gigahertz, XYZ etc. are not designed for the the proper exposure studies due to their limitations but more importantly is how they are used.
